How Booking Works
From finding your tour to confirming your payment, here’s what to expect at every step.

Choose your departure date, the number of adults and children, a room option and your payment currency. You’ll see the total before you continue.
- See adult and child prices before continuing.
- Child prices apply to travellers under 12 on departure.
- Only confirmed room options and currencies are available to select.
Add Traveller Details
Enter your lead contact and each passenger’s details as they appear on their passport, then add an emergency contact who is not travelling with you.
- Have passport names, dates of birth and expiry dates ready.
- Add dietary, accessibility or other special requests if needed.
- Organisation is optional for public holidays; corporate trips may require it.
Review Your Booking
Review your travellers, total and package terms. Choose an available payment plan, then submit your details to receive a booking reference.
- Go back to change details without re-entering the form.
- Check the cancellation terms before accepting.
- Save your secure booking link so you can return later.
Make Your Payment
Use your booking reference on your bank transfer, then upload proof of payment. Your receipt shows Payment Under Review until GENO verifies that the money has been received.
- Upload a PDF, JPG or PNG receipt, up to 8 MB.
- Your balance updates after GENO confirms receipt of the payment.
- Once GENO verifies payment, your booking status and remaining balance update.
